Sales & Marketing Analyst (6 month contract, will be outsourced for third party)
Sales & Marketing Analyst (contract for 6 months).
Job Purpose :
- Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing. The Sales & Marketing Analyst is responsible for :
- To critically evaluate information from multiple sources such as but not limited to sales & market data, surveys, field visits, business process descriptions
- To provide proactive communication and reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Utilizing their experience in using management systems and methodologies to develop standard templates for reporting business performance and communicate analytical findings on relevant subject’s matters as assigned by line manager
Major Accountabilities :
- Prepare a standard set of reports which a show variety performance trends e.g. (customers, brands, discounts etc.) so that respective managers can understand the situation and take remedial action where necessary.
- Prepare report for review sales vs. target on monthly basis.
- Prepare report for support the competency assessment applied (If an Medical Representative /Area Manager /Sales Manager does not achieve the sales target for 2 consecutive month or < 95% of YTD target must be in Performance Improvement Plan Program).
- Conduct a comprehensive review orders on monthly basis for 1 Sales Manager team and also review the discount given to the dispensing doctors.
- Prepare monthly report for productivity band per Sales Manager and perform analysis on L2 sales data to identify trends and potential areas of concern, challenge the relevant manager to understand why the situation exists.
- Helps others in sales & marketing team in making the analysis
- Others (ad hoc) analysis and reports for Head of Sales & Marketing (based on requirement)
