Responsibilities:

• To provide/receive over counter service at station which include providing accurate service information and assistance to customers; to communicate with customers experiencing service and delivery problems and to resolve the problems to customers’ satisfaction

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma I from any major
• Having 1 years work experience in the service industry
• Command in English.
• Basic computer skill
• Has SIM A and SIM C
• Good personality and communication skill
• Creative, dynamic and hardworking
• Loyal, honest and strong motivated
• Location: Medan
