Export Import Manager
Jawa Timur
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead and direct export and import (EXIM) sub - department with managing the export and importation of goods from other countries based on production planning lead time and according to Bonded Zone regulationsand Non Bonded Zone regulation. Arrange transport and ensure items are shipped by the most expedient and cost-effective methods. The incumbent must effectively maintain communication with customer(s), customs agents and shipping companies to ensure the shipments arrive in a timely manner and in good physical condition.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): experience dealing with third party logistic provider, experience in manufacturing or freight forwarding, experience in customs clearance and import documentation, experience in managing export import team, understanding of MRP, Strong analytical thinking and excellent drive and dynamism.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Assist MRP Coordinator in a range of activities associated with purchasing direct material on terms of readiness, lead time and quality. He or she is responsible to minimize operational cost and evaluate supplier performance in order to have competitive, reliable and qualified vendor.
Requirements:
- Qualification by level of importance:
- Manufacturing experience with at least 2-3 years is a must
- Experience in purchasing production materials from overseas supplier
- Excellent knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system (Oracle)
- Excellent command in English
- Comprehend in Ms. Office and any other computer literacy
- Good analytical skill and interpersonal Skill
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree from any major of reputable university. Minimum GPA 2.75
- Strong commitment and responsibiltiy. Working with international supplier consequences to work with different global working hour.
