Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Requirements:

  • Male, min 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experienced at Logistic Company is an advantage
  • Well known about Industrial Safety, ISO 9001 and OHSAS principle
  • Proficient in English (oral & written) is essential
  • Concern to details, high integrity, enthusiastic, energic and hardworking

Credit Control Supervisor
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Early detection of invoice rejection by customers 
  • Highlighting overdue invoices and initiating debt collection process 
  • Ensure on time payment to vendors
  • Monitoring invoice for further follow up by account management 

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, max 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (minimum GPA of 3 in a scale of 4).
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Extra attention to details with sound analytical skill
  • Effective communication skill in diversified environment
  • Desire to organize and develop people to ensure effective team work
  • Result oriented and willingness to put in extra hours to ensure job completion


Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting strategic and managerial positions 
  • Establish and foster relationship with users.
  • Actively source for talent/ suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the shortlisted candidates to respective users.
  • Proactive coordination with various departments in delivering recruitment needs.
  • Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology with min GPA 3.00
  • Have an experience for 10 years in doing recruitment, at least 5 years in a managerial level.
  • Highly experienced in psychological testing, able to conduct and interpret various psychological tests.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting strategic and managerial positions
  • Able to do multitasking and work in a tremendous amount of target and pressure
  • Exhaust to fulfill a large amount of head count seek in a limited time
  • Knowledge in principles systems and tools of people assessment
  • Have good interview skills
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Ability to think critically and present solutions in a large context
  • Excellent analytical, Collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and good team player
