LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER
Main job :
- Responsible for controlling and minimizing all types of loss and working effectively and cooperatively with stores.
- Root shrinkage/breakage cause analysis and implement action plan accordingly
- Shrinkage reporting and benchmark indicators on monthly basis
- Follow evolution and shrinkage committee meetings done by the store on regional basis
Required competences :
- Majoring in accounting or finance from reputable university
- Preferably experience from audit firm as auditor for at least 2 years
- Accuracy and analytical thinking
- Computer literacy
FRESH PRODUCT SOURCING OFFICER
Fresh Product Souring Officer will work in Fresh Product Merchandise Department. The mission is to support purchasing and identify production area. You will find and work with National and International producers, some displacement in the country are required. You will negotiate volume and manage supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for various fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and poultry
- Strong relationship management skills to interface with external parts as well as suppliers.
- Upholds internal and external policies, regulations and laws.
Requirements:
- Degree in Fisheries and Marine Science, or Animal Science with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Excellent negotiator, very organized, and dynamic.
- Good communication in English and have proficient computer skill.
