• Correspondence in English both oral and written
• Work processing and managing systematic filling system
• Work with highly confidential information and maintain it with strictly confidential

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma degree from Secretary Academy or Bachelor Degree from Chinese Literature
• Fluent Mandarin both oral and written

Shipping Agency Staff

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring agency services operational run smoothly
• Preparing all documentation needed prior vessel arrival
• Monitoring vessel movement
• Monitoring Local Agent Performance
• Monitoring third party supplier’s services

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma from Maritime Academy
• Min. 1 year experience in similar position  (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Age between 22 – 30 years old
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing call profesionally
• Greeting and asssisting visitors
• Handling meeting room reservation
