APPLICATION DEVELOPER (VB 6)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for developing & maintaining software application, using Visual Basic 6.0
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, with GPA ≥ 2.75.
- Minimum 3 years experience as VB Programmer (experience in retail industry would be an advantage)
- Strong analytical ability, fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate

INTERNAL AUDITOR
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual audit plan based on management’s expectation.
- Manage audit implementation in all division.
- Prepare a comprehensive management report based on audit result, and provide recommendations.
- Present audit report to management.
- Monitoring the follow up of audit result and recommendation.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Accounting from reputable university
- Min. 3 years experience as Auditor in reputable company or Public Accountant

ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for maintenance work program for electricity system and equipments.
- Coordinate with store operation team, head office, building management, consultant, and contractor for working schedule and monitoring the result/ quality
- Evaluating electricity cost and initiate cost saving programs.
Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old, minimum Diploma Degree from Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance (specialized in electrical)
- Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
- Good coordination & communication skill, and able to thrive in fast paced

MAINTENANCE REGIONAL (Junior Manager Level)
Job Descriptions:
- Supports Regional Manager in planning & implementation of maintenance activities in 10-15 stores (M/E, civil, fixture, signage, preventive maintenance)
- Coordinate with store operation team, head office, building management, and contractors for working schedule and monitoring the result/ quality.
- Supports stores in evaluating costs (electricity, water, maintenance) and initiate energy saving programs.
- Responsible to develop team in technical skill and leadership skill
Requirements:
- Male, max 38 years old, minimum Diploma Degree from Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Currently holds managerial level with minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance (Mechanical/ Electrical, Fire Protection, Civil, Fixture, Signage).
- Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
- Good coordination & communication skill, and able to thrive in fast paced
- Willing to be placed at Bekasi area.
RISK MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive analysis on risk management
- Maintain and develop risk management system and documentation
- Provide recommendation for risk management standard reporting and working manual
- Manage risk management communication channel
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Min. 3 years experience as Internal Control in reputable company, or as Auditor in reputable Public Accountant
- Experiences with Sarbanes-Oxley audit would be an advantage
- Strong analytical ability and able to thrive in fast-paced

REAL ESTATE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
- Create lease agreement
- Negotiation with landlord
- Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Min.2 years experience as Site Expansion Officer/ Property Analyst/ Business Development Offiver/ Planner/ Marketing Officer in property consultant.
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
